Peggy

Sharing is caring!

Peggy arrived with her brother Paul in a nervous and scared state but have been making wonderful progress since then (they are around four months old now as of July 2019)- they have gone from cowering in a corner to enthusiastically greeting visitors to their pen. Peggy especially enjoys plonking herself down on your lap and finding bits of you to lick. She is a playful energetic dog and very lovely natured. Her absolute favourite time of day is their walk in the woods! She would love to find a home to call her own, so if you are interested in adopting her, please send us a message

  1. Hi,
We are experienced dog owners who have just bought our first home and looking to expand the family! I’m very much interested in these two, they look like such characters and I’d love some more information if possible?

Do they come as a pair or could they be separated? As we already have a dog of our own I’m not sure we could handle two new puppies, however if not I completely understand.

Any information of the process of arriving in the UK would also be greatly appreciated.

    Kind Regards,
    Elizabeth

    1. Hi there,

We’re very pleased at your interest in Peggy and Paul, we are currently experiencing a lot of interest in them and recently they have been reserved pending the home check (I’m afraid we only have time to update this site every couple of days at best so apologise for the out of date info in this case). If that doesn’t work out then to let you know they can be separated (we are hoping it might bring Paul a little more independence if that were to happen). As I am a volunteer currently giving Helen a hand I’m not 100% sure about the arrival process and don’t want to give you wrong information but if you send Helen a message on her Facebook Page (if you use it) which is linked to above she can run you through it all. If not I can ask her and get back to you ASAP.

Just to let you know as well we have a lot of puppies here at the moment, some are slightly older than Peggy and Paul, some are a bit younger. I have just posted three who are maybe a month older (Rodney, Trigger, and Del Boy) and have just had their last vaccination. There are also 5 puppies who are a couple of months older (Elvis, Raya, Ben, Brownie, and Oliver) who are ready to travel and we’re going to be putting up another five from a litter that are about 2 months old in the next day or so hopefully (but who wouldn’t be ready immediately). They are all lovely young pooches so if any of them catches your eye please don’t hesitate to let us know.

      Best regards
      Matt
